Craughwell AC's indoor circuit training restarts on this Monday night at 8.30pm in Craughwell Community Centre. Register on the night or on any Monday. The cost is €60 to do the 12-week program which commences Monday 11th Jan and concludes on Monday 29th March. This includes the cost of club registration. If signing up again for the circuits in the Autumn, the cost will be the same (i.e. €60) as effectively the club registration is split in two - half now and half in Autumn. If registering for fit4life in 2010, circuits is free as part of your fit4life registration. It costs €120 to register for fit4life for the year. Note: Fit4Life for beginners & registration will go ahead this Tuesday 12th @ 8:45 at Craughwell national school, we will only take beginners for the next two weeks. When I woke up this morning and looked out the window I thought there was a thaw but then got the dreaded text from Athenry AC.. Cancelled! Or Postponed at least. When I went outside I could see why - it was impossible to walk with the black ice never mind run.
