It was smiles allround at the launch of this years Craughwell 10 mile road race which takes place in just 13 days time, yes, just 13 days.  Below is the C10 Committee modeling the fantastic luminous technical t-shirts, guranteed for all online entries.  The photo below was taken by John O'Connor along the very scenic 10 mile route. 

During the photo shoot, we couldnt help but notice the amount of runners out there checking our the course, some of whom managed to get themsleves into the photos.. :)

Enteries are still flowing in for the Craughwell AC 10 mile road race.  We here are at Craughwell AC are looking forward to welcoming all the athletes to our annual 10mile road race on Sunday 24th March. 
Pauline Curley from Tullamore Harriers is coming back to defend her title this year. Pauline has won the ladies race for the last three years, each year setting a new course record, in 2012 she set a ladies course record of 58.55. 

The men’s course record of 49.12 is currently held by Sean Connolly of Tallaght AC.

It will be interesting to see if any new course records are set this year.

Leading the entries so far in this year’s Craughwell 10 mile road race is our very own neighbours in Athenry AC.  Hot on their heels though is Galway City Harriers, Galway Tri Club and our very own Craughwell AC.

We also have representation from the following clubs - Ballina AC, Mayo AC, Mullingar Harriers, Predator Tri Club, Carrick on Shannon AC, Clare River Harriers, Crusaders AC, Portumna AC, Sligo AC, T3, Ballincollig AC, Coolquill AC, Cork Tri Club, Doomoha AC, Dooneen AC, DSD AC, Dublin Front Runners AC, Kilmullay Ibrakane, Letterkenny AC, Limerick AC, Marathon Club Ireland, Maree AC, Mullagh AC, Nenagh Tri Club, North Sligo AC, Raheny Shamrock AC, Running Against Cancer Ballinasoe, Sportsworld Terenure, St Marys AC, Tullamore Harriers, Ultra Club, West Limerick AC, Wicklow Triathlone Club and Fingal Tri Club.

We also have up on 200 non club runners from all corners of Ireland entered.  We look forward to welcoming each and every one of you to our 10 mile road race on Sunday 24th March 2103.
