Another successful Craughwell 10 Event took place Sunday March 25th with 400 participants taking to the roads of Craughwell on a beautiful spring day. We have received great feedback and this is down to all who gave up their time to bake, marshall, helped in the hall, working behind the scenes with administration, registration, purchasing, logistics and cleaning up and a huge thank you must to our very generous sponsors.

Congratulations to Matt Bidwell (GCH) who was the winner of the Craughwell 10 mile reclaiming his 2016 title and to Jane Ann Meehan (Athenry AC) was the first female home replicating her performance in 2015. Kevin Mooney (Craughwell AC) was 2nd overall in the 10 mile race.

Congratulations to John Courell who was first home for the 10k race and Regina Casey (GCH) who was first female home. Craughwell AC were well represented in the 10k race with siblings Ben and Caron Ryan placing 2nd in their categories, Damien Larkin placing 5th overall and Trish Dolan winning her category.

Craughwell AC members also achieved great PBs on the day notably Stephen Carty, Celia Miskella, Declan O Leary and Mike McCartin-well done to all!

Thank you all who took part and we hope to see you in 2019!
